Come Adventure With Us!
Pineapple Express Adventure Rides
The Wild Rivers Coast is one of the least populated but most scenic places in the Pacific Northwest. Ride from huge old-growth forests all the way to misty haystack strewn beaches. Our cycling community is growing, and we are proud to be the first guide service available for mountain and off-highway cyclists on the Southern Oregon Coast.
P.E.A.R was founded in 2017 by avid cyclist, bicycle mechanic, and adventure-mom, Erin Kessler.
We specialize in quality guided mountain bike and fat bike rides and rentals. PEAR provides uniquely tailored off-road bicycle adventures based on your desires, skill levels, and the type of off-road biking you want to do while you're here on the Southern Oregon Coast. P.E.A.R is a knowledgable resource that can guide you in finding quality hotels or BnB's, point you to the best campgrounds, and help customize your adventure on two-wheels from Coos Bay to Gold Beach.
Stop into our shop in downtown Port Orford for service, information, maps, and tidal charts. Located at 832 HWY 101, Suite 1 at the corner of HWY 101 and 9th Street. It's the yellow building!
We love the Wild Rivers Coast and want to show you the beauty and adventure lurking behind every tall tree and haystack rock. Our single-track is growing, and so are we. Let us know how we can tailor an adventure just for you.

A Note About Scenic Bikeways
We have been receiving lots of calls lately regarding the heavy advertising Travel Oregon is doing for our area's Scenic Bikeways.
Please note we do not provide guide service for Scenic Bikeways or on Highways. We are an off-highway specific tour company. We have mountain bike rentals (which can be outfitted with hybrid tires for an additional fee) to ride this road route, but that is all we offer at this time.
If you are looking into the Scenic Bikeways, please note that there is some misleading information from Travel Oregon, and riders must do due diligence to prepare for this ON HIGHWAY/ROAD ride. The Wild Rivers Coast Scenic Bikeway is a route (not a trail) that is on paved in-town roads, sections of Highway 101, and narrow roads with limited shoulder. There is no separate "pathway" or "forested trail" although sections of the Elk River Road are within the National Forest.
Stop in for maps, directions, and suggestions if you have any questions regarding this route, and we will be happy to answer them and point you in the right direction.
